After your request
The international coordination team receives your request by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. These are the usual steps:
- Receipt and check. The coordination team makes sure the request is clear and sufficiently documented, and may ask for additional information.
- Review. The file is examined by the medical team concerned; no diagnosis is automated.
- Referral. Depending on the situation: second opinion, teleconsultation, additional tests or preparation of care in Rabat.
- Organisation. When care is agreed, the coordination team arranges appointments, admission and continuity of follow-up with the doctor in the home country.
No timeframe is guaranteed: it depends on the specialty and the complexity of the file. In a life-threatening emergency, contact your local emergency services first.
